Same-Day Biopsy
If clinically indicated, core, stereotactic, or vacuum-assisted biopsies are performed on-site during your initial visit.
Immediate Results
Ultrasound and mammography results are provided immediately. If a biopsy is required, laboratory histological analysis takes 5 to 10 working days.

Symptomatic Patients
Fast-track assessment for anyone experiencing:
New lump or thickening in the breast or underarm Changes in breast size, shape, or feel Skin dimpling, puckering, or redness Nipple inversion or discharge
Routine Screening
Asymptomatic women aged 40 or above (including those with breast implants) who have not had a mammogram in the prior 12 months are eligible for routine screening.
This protocol includes a 15-minute doctor examination prior to the mammogram.

Your visit starts with a consultation and physical examination by a Consultant Breast Surgeon. If required, you will have a 3D mammogram or ultrasound during the same visit. If an abnormality is found, we can also perform a biopsy before you leave.
Yes. All imaging (3D mammograms and ultrasounds) is performed on the day, and you will receive those results immediately. If a biopsy is required, the laboratory analysis takes 5 to 10 working days.
No. You can book directly for both symptomatic assessments and routine screening without a GP referral. Walk-in appointments are also available every Friday.
We perform core, stereotactic, and vacuum-assisted biopsies on-site. If clinically indicated, your biopsy will be done during your initial visit so you do not need to return for a separate procedure.
Yes. The facility maintains full registration and regulation by Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
