• The membership fee is not reimbursable via medical insurance.
• International Health Insurances may reimburse you or pay us directly for services provided by GP or specialists and tests.
• UK Based insurances may cover fees incurred via approved specialists, including fees incurred at ROC. UK based insurances do not ordinarily
  cover for GP services.

• Yes. Although we cannot replace the role of an NHS GP, we will ensure your care is comprehensive and coordinated

• The programme recommends that you have annual health checks with the VIP@ROC Clinician at our Westhill or London Clinic.
• If you are over the age of 60, we may recommend twice yearly checks, although only one will be more comprehensive. The second will be a
  routine review.
• The annual health check contains a standard set of examinations and investigations and scans undertaken at ROC. The content of each medical is further personalised to the needs of each patient. In meeting these needs, we may utilize other health centers across the UK. You will
  be advised at the time of options available.

• You will be provided with the contact details required for 24/7 access and one of our executive team members will be able to answer any
  questions that may have been left unanswered.
• We personally arrange you meet the Chief Medical Officer of the VIP Programme – Dr Cristina Romete upon joining. She will carry out your
  initial assessment.
• This initial assessment is key for ensuring we do the best for you. This assessment needs to take place as soon as possible upon joining and
  may take up to 6 hours.

• We can arrange expedited appointments through our robust network of specialists, from cardiology to dermatology to psychiatry. Instead of
  waiting weeks, we’ll get you in within a matter of days, often the same day. If you do need to be hospitalized, we can help with private transport
  and direct admission.
• We will refer to NHS Emergency Services or refer to the NHS for urgent hospital admissions as appropriate.
• Referral letters and arrangements are included in the membership.

• A home visiting (house calls) service is available within Aberdeenshire and within a 60 miles radius from our Westhill Clinic.
• A home visiting service is available within London and Greater London area.
• House calls may be accommodated at any location through approved and carefully selected third parties or at a premium rate with a VIP
  Programme dedicated doctor. Our nurses are available on the same basis.

• Yes. Prescriptions may be issued on request, provided that clinical justification is met. Prescriptions may be sent to pharmacies, or to your office/home or we may arrange the delivery of medications.
• If you are abroad, certain countries may accept a UK prescription. We may also arrange for medications to be sent to your destination outside the UK. Premium fees apply.
