Dr Elsadani graduated in Medicine from Imperial College London, where she also completed an intercalated BSc in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. She holds a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and completed her postgraduate medical training in London. Throughout her career, she has gained broad experience across multiple clinical settings, developing expertise in the assessment and management of acute and chronic conditions, preventative healthcare and complex patient presentations.

Alongside her work in General Practice, Dr Elsadani has developed extensive experience within corporate healthcare and clinical governance, supporting both individuals and organisations through evidence-based, pragmatic medical advice. Her work includes occupational health assessments, workplace health and wellbeing initiatives, complex case management and the development of clinical pathways and governance frameworks.

As Clinical Director, Dr Elsadani is responsible for strengthening clinical quality, patient safety and governance processes across ROC Clinics UK, whilst supporting the delivery of bespoke occupational health and private medical services tailored to individual and corporate client needs.
