Professional Profile and Experience

Mrs Srinivasan is a chief cardiac physiologist with over 15 years of experience in Echocardiography. Her academic background began in India and has led to a career in health services spanning more than a decade. Since 2008 she is a member of the British Society of Echocardiography.

Since 2005 she has been a Chief Cardiac Physiologist at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and has been involved in various elements of echocardiography with a duty to supervise reports and assessments, as well as assist in ordering echo machines.  

Additionally Mrs Srinivasan has also been involved in Cardiac research in which she been performing and reporting echoes and data analysis using advanced 2D strain imaging by using TOM-TEC software in studies such as Exercise capacity, Embrace, Please, Breakout, Cape, and BICS (across the UK).
