Professional Profile and Experience

Dr Madari is an experienced Gynaecologist with a specific interest in Urogynecology and Benign Gynaecology.  She is currently working as an NHS consultant at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. 

 

After graduation from Medical School in India, she completed her specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology from the West of Scotland Deanery in 2017 and has been a consultant since then.

Dr. Madari also has an MD from her engagement in research at the University of Birmingham, as well as an MSc in Medical Law and Ethics from University of Edinburgh.


Dr. Madari provides and promotes care for women’s health issues related to pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, menstrual problems and general gynaecological problems through conservative, medical and surgical approach.  


She is a member of the British Society of Urogynaecologists and the Scottish Pelvic Floor Network’s committee. She can also provide ultrasonography investigations for Gynaecological.


With her knowledge, Dr. Madari can advise and perform pelvic ultrasonography as part of investigations for Gynaecological conditions and Urodynamic assessment for urinary incontinence. Many of the treatments following consultations are outpatient procedures that may be completed in one visit.


Dr Madari is available to see patients for face-to-face consultations on a pre-booked appointment basis. No referral needed.


Clinical interests: Prolapse, urinary incontinence, menstrual problems, ovarian cysts, fibroids, Endometriosis and pelvic pain and other general gynaecological problems in premenopausal and postmenopausal women.
