Well Woman Health Check

At ROC Clinics, we have been conducting Well Woman Checks since 2010. Our patients return year on year, recognising the value of our health screening packages delivered by the highest of calibre doctors.

Our health checks can address all your physical and emotional concerns, including cardiovascular health, nutrition and gut health, contraception and sexual health, breast and gynaecological concerns. From this assessment we can offer health optimisation personalised to you.

Our Well Woman packages are continuously reviewed and updated to ensure the best screening tests are included to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Our Well Woman Checks can further be adjusted to meet your needs and our doctors will discuss with you the best investigations you may wish to proceed with in order to address a particular need.

Why Have a Well Woman Check?

The aim of a Well Woman Check is to improve general wellbeing, address any medical issues, detect early abnormalities that may require intervention and promote positive lifestyle changes.

At ROC we have several packages that will suit different age groups, different needs and requirements and different budgets. You will be given details of all these packages upon enquiring.

A thorough history will taken, followed by examination. Blood and urine tests may be taken as necessary, and a hormonal assessment may be recommended. In-depth body composition analysis, cardiovascular assessment, gut health and nutritional assessment are also available.

A Well Woman check should be on every woman’s agenda and is recommended on annual basis.

Menopause

At ROC, we are pride ourselves in our dedication to improving patient wellbeing and quality of life. Our Menopause specialist service is dedicated to improving the wellbeing of our patients going through menopause.

What to expect from a Menopause Assessment at ROC?

Menopause assessments may take place as a sole consultation or may be as part of a health screening package.

Hormonal laboratory testing is usually recommended as well as a gynaecological ultrasound, but these may not be necessary. If you have had testing done elsewhere, please bring along any results or reports you may have to your first appointment.
These tests may be undertaken prior to your first attendance or on the same day.

Upon receipt of all information required, the doctor will discuss with you a personalised management plan that will aim to alleviate your menopause symptoms and improve your wellbeing.
