Arrived at the clinic and was seen promptly. The procedure was explained to me and any questions were answered. The doctor and her staff were very friendly and put me at ease. During the procedure, they kept me informed of what she was doing and afterwards gave me advice on what I shouldn’t do until the stitches were removed (no bowling!). All in all, I couldn’t fault the care and attention I received.
